General:

• All orders accepted by MusicBox Pianos Ltd are subject to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall govern the contract of sale between the MusicBox Pianos Ltd and purchaser.
• These terms and conditions will be deemed accepted by the buyer upon placement of an order. These terms and conditions are non-negotiable.
• All goods are offered subject to being available. If goods are no longer available MusicBox Pianos Ltd reserves the right to cancel the sale.
• The Photographs used on this website are for illustration purposes only and do not represent the true size or colour of the product.
• All dealing between MusicBox Pianos Ltd and the purchaser shall be governed by the laws of England and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising pursuant thereto.
• There is a minimum 12 month guarantee on all new products. On certain products the guarantee may be extended.

Prices and Payment:

• All prices include Value Added Tax at the current rate. (Except for delivery charge )
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Payment must be made using a valid credit card or debit card that is accepted by Worldpay
• Goods will only be despatched to the cardholder address of the card used for payment of goods.
• All goods remain the property of MusicBox Pianos Ltd until payment is made in full.
• MusicBox Pianos Ltd reserves the right to reclaim any costs or losses from the purchaser due to payment being refused by the purchaser's credit or debit card issuer or bank.
• A contract of sale between MusicBox Pianos Ltd and purchaser does not exist until an email has been sent to the purchaser confirming the order has been sent.

Delivery:

• If the purchaser is not available to accept delivery of goods risk for loss or damage of goods will pass to the purchaser.
• Damage or short delivery must be noted at the time of delivery to the couriers on their paperwork to the marked on:-
  1/ Good Damaged
  2/ Short Delivery - 1 parcel missing etc
• Delivery dates quoted are indicative and not guaranteed. No liability will be accepted for delay in delivery.
• Grand and upright pianos will be delivered into your ground floor premises unless upgraded delivery service is selected for above ground floor level please call us for detail.
• Please note that Northern Ireland delivery is not classed as UK Mainland. A separate delivery charge will be quoted to all other destinations other than actual UK mainland.

Returns:

• If you are not completely satisfied with your product you can return your product within seven days of delivery of the goods.
• Acoustic pianos: Please call us to arrange pick up
• MusicBox Pianos Ltd accepts no liability for any claim for damage or non-functionality unless the purchaser notifies MusicBox Pianos Ltd in writing within seven days of delivery of the goods.
• MusicBox Pianos Ltd accepts no liability for any claim for goods with missing components or goods differing in quality or description from the delivery note unless the purchaser notifies MusicBox Pianos Ltd in writing within seven days of delivery of goods.
• The purchaser shall be responsible for all costs for all carriage, telephone, postal and all other costs incidental or otherwise incurred obtaining or returning any goods from MusicBox Pianos Ltd.
• A full credit will only be given on items returned within 7 days
• No credit will be given for any goods until they are returned complete.
