Yamaha's popular GB1 Grand Piano just keeps on producing all the right notes! It was voted the UK's 'best acoustic piano' by MIA (Music Industries Association) members at their recent prestigious annual awards ceremony. This accolade is one of the most highly prized honours in the musical instrument industry and coincides with Yamaha’s announcement of an updated version of the GB1 featuring a 'soft-fall' lid and a price reduction from £8199 to £7599. The GB1 instrument now looks set to become one of the UK's most popular and best selling models, the 'best acoustic piano' title no doubt significantly boosting it's chances.
